From research to use

Research at Applied Perception is meant to leave the lab. We work toward three kinds of output besides papers:

• Open software and datasets. Code and data released with documentation and a licence, so others can reproduce and build on the work.
• Applied and transfer projects. Joint projects with clinics, farms and companies that test our methods on real problems.
• Prototypes. Working systems, from vision pipelines to mechatronic devices, that show a method in practice.
